EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Items purchased on www.oliocasanoa.it may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The postmark will serve as proof. The return shipment is always the responsibility of the customer, who can choose the preferred shipping method (post or courier). Before sending the return package, it is necessary to enter the request on the site and wait for confirmation.

The request for return or exchange of goods must be entered on the site within 14 days of receipt of the goods, as follows:

• Access your account and the 'Order History and Details' section.
• Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return.
• Please include an explanation of why you would like to return the item. This explanation is very helpful both to better handle your request and to improve our products and service.
• Click on 'create a return', at which point your request will be entered into our system. You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as possible, which will also contain any instructions. You will then be able to pack and send the return package.

Please note that each item must meet the following conditions in order to be returned:

• Be intact and complete with all original labels and any other relevant documentation.
• Any gift packaging must also be returned undamaged.
• Avoid placing labels or adhesive tape or writing marks on the original product bag.

If the return is due to quality defects, CASANOA undertakes to replace the product, bearing the shipping costs.

In the event of damage to the goods during transport, CASANOA will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, at the same time cancelling the request for withdrawal.

CASANOA is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. In the presence of the above conditions, CASANOA will refund within 7 days from the return of the goods the value of the returned items (transport costs excluded). The refund may be reduced by packaging costs if the bag, labels or gift box are returned not intact.

If the goods were paid for by Paypal or Credit Card, the refund will be made in the same way. Should the goods have been paid for otherwise, the Customer shall promptly provide the bank details (IBAN) on which the refund is to be made.

If the Customer's order benefited from free or discounted shipping costs, because the order amount was higher than the minimum required to take advantage of this condition, and the Customer subsequently exercises the right of withdrawal for some or all of the articles, an amount by way of contribution for shipping and packaging costs will be deducted from the refund for the Customer, unless the Customer has nevertheless retained articles for a total price that exceeds the minimum required for free shipping. In this case the value of this contribution deducted from the refund shall be the shipping cost indicated on the site, corresponding to the shipping method used for the original shipment, and in any case this contribution shall not be less than Euro 15 for shipments to Italy, and Euro 30 for shipments to other countries.

Only for shipments to Switzerland and all other countries outside the European Union, the following conditions shall apply, which supplement and replace the above conditions:

• The shipping cost applied by CASANOA to the Buyer at the time of the order may not include the costs incurred by CASANOA for export customs procedures. In the event of return of the order without purchase of replacement items of the same amount, CASANOA reserves the right to deduct these costs from the refund due to the Buyer, up to a maximum of Euro 15.
• In case of return, the Buyer shall bear all shipping costs from the Buyer's domicile to CASANOA's address, as well as any customs charges and VAT due to Italian customs. CASANOA will provide the best possible assistance for customs clearance. The Buyer shall provide any documentation required for customs clearance.
