CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The contract between CASANOA and the Customer is concluded with the acceptance of the order by CASANOA, even if it occurs only for a part of the items ordered by the Customer. Such acceptance may also take place tacitly and is not conditional on CASANOA sending any Order Confirmation to the Customer. By placing the order, the Customer declares that he/she has read and fully accepts the General Conditions of Sale described below.

The Customer is required to verify the correctness of the information contained in the Order Confirmation and to communicate any corrections in a timely manner to the contact address indicated on the website.

In case of non-acceptance of the order, CASANOA will promptly notify the Customer by email. Any contractual or extra-contractual liability of CASANOA for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order is excluded. Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation for non-acceptance, even partial, of an order is also excluded.

CASANOA reserves the right to change the prices of its items at any time; however, the price payable by the Buyer shall be the price in effect at the time the orders are stored (subject to reservation of product availability).

All content available on www.oliocasanoa.it, particularly text, graphics, logos, buttons, images, and sound clips, is the property of CASANOA and is protected by international copyright laws. The trademarks and logos reproduced on www.oliocasanoa.it are registered and unregistered trademarks of CASANOA in Italy and other countries and are protected by Swiss and international copyright laws.

PRICES

All prices are in Euros. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

CASANOA accepts the following payment methods:

Paypal
Credit Card through the Paypal circuit
Bank transfer in advance

At no time during the purchase process is CASANOA able to know information about the buyer's credit card, transmitted via secure connection directly to the website of the banking institution handling the transaction. No computer file of CASANOA will retain such data. Under no circumstances, therefore, can CASANOA be held responsible for any fraudulent and undue use of credit cards by third parties, when paying for products purchased.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER BY THE CUSTOMER

If the buyer cancels the purchase after the shipment has been made, he/she is subject to the payment of shipping costs for the return of the package.

NON-PAYMENT

In the event that payment and/or submission of proof of payment is not received within the stipulated time, the order shall be deemed cancelled unless otherwise agreed in advance between CASANOA and buyer. CASANOA will notify the cancellation by email.

ORDER FULFILLMENT AND SHIPMENT

The order is considered fulfilled with the delivery of the goods to the courier. As a general rule, CASANOA, for items immediately in stock, will fulfill the order within three business days of receipt of payment (for payment by Credit Cards or Paypal), placement of the order (for payment by COD) or receipt of proof of payment (for offline payment methods such as bank transfer).

Delivery times are the responsibility of the courier company and are not under the control of CASANOA. CASANOA assumes no responsibility for any delay in order processing or delay in delivery time by the carrier. Shipping costs are always understood to be the responsibility of the Customer and therefore are not refundable in the event of a return.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

IMPORTANT: Before placing an order, it is the Customer's responsibility to check with the customs administration in his or her country, the conditions and documentation required to import foodstuffs.

The customer is responsible for any documents and anything else that is required by law for the admission of groceries into the country of destination. CASANOA cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for orders rejected upon entry into the country due to: lack of proper documentation, licenses, taxes, sanitary documentation, brokerage fees, or any other paperwork that may be required by the local authority for import purposes.

If the goods are returned to CASANOA due to lack of import requirements, the customer is responsible for all transportation, repackaging, storage, bureaucratic, etc.

CHECK ON DELIVERY

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the transport document;

that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).

Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately challenged, putting WRITTEN RESERVE OF CONTROL on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

Both in the case of problems reported to the courier and in the case of other problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported to CASANOA at: info@oliocasanoa.it within 2 days of delivery.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

For reasons of hygiene and given the easy perishability of food products, products that have been opened cannot be returned. Products must be returned undamaged, with the outer packaging still sealed and in perfect condition.

Products whose labels, adhesive tapes or writing marks have been affixed to the original packaging will not be accepted.

In accordance with the law, shipping costs related to the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer; - the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer.

In the event of damage to the goods during transport, CASANOA will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.

CASANOA is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

In the presence of the above conditions, CASANOA will refund within 7 days of the return of the goods the full amount initially paid by the Customer, or, in case of partial return, the amount related to the items returned. The refund may be reduced by the value of the packaging or gift box if these were returned not intact. In the event that the goods were paid by Credit Card or Paypal, the refund will always be made in the same manner.

If the Customer's order benefited from free or discounted shipping charges because the amount of the order was greater than the minimum required to take advantage of this condition, and subsequently the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal for some or all of the items, an amount by way of contribution for shipping and packaging charges will be deducted from the refund for the Customer, unless the Customer has nevertheless retained items for a total price that exceeds the minimum required for free shipping.

In this case the value of this contribution deducted from the refund is the shipping cost indicated on the site, corresponding to the shipping method used for the original shipment, and in any case this contribution will not be less than 15 Euro for shipments to Italy, and 30 Euro for shipments to other countries.

In the event of a return, all shipping costs from the Buyer's home to CASANOA's address, as well as any customs and VAT charges due to customs, shall be borne by the Buyer. CASANOA will provide the best possible assistance with customs clearance. The Buyer is required to provide any documentation required for customs clearance.

APPLICABLE LAW

The contract of sale between the Customer and CASANOA is understood to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law. Competent in case of disputes arising from the concluded contract is solely and exclusively the Court of Nuoro.
