Our oil contains only 100% organic olives from our estate. Our olives are subjected to constant checks by the Bioagricert control and certification body, a leader in Italy in the certification of organic and quality agri-food products.
Our olives grow in an uncontaminated and wild place of enchanting beauty, where they feed from the granite sands of Monti Canu, from the clays and fragrances of the Mediterranean scrub of the CASANOA valley, returning an oil with an intense aroma, with a unique taste, into which all the essences of our land have infiltrated such as the ones of myrtle, juniper, strawberry tree, mastic.
We are proudly rooted in the belief that we should produce healthy, organic and sustainable oil to help make a more sustainable and greener world for us and the next generations. Our organic olive oil, obtained from the cold pressing of endemic cultivars, such as the black of Gonnos, the black of Oliena, the Bosana olive and the Semidana olive, is 100% Sardinian, grown in it’s natural environment.
