The Édition Divine bottles are dedicated to Sardinian monocultivars with a more intense and enveloping flavour, slightly spicy but at the same time sweet, such as the Nera di Oliena and Nera di Gonnos.
The CASANOA organic olive groves extend in the easternmost part of Gallura, at the foot of Mount Canu, in sunny valleys caressed by the mistral wind blowing from the mouths of Bonifacio. Here, the olives are nourished by the granite sands of Monti Canu, the clays and the fragrances of the Mediterranean scrub of the CASANOA valley, and yield an intensely perfumed oil with a unique taste. An oil in which all the essences of our uncontaminated land such as myrtle, juniper, arbutus and mastic have infiltrated.
Our olives are still picked by hand, following ancient ancestral techniques that have been handed down through the centuries, and are processed by cold pressing, a technique thanks to which the organoleptic characteristics, the value of polyphenols and the antioxidant properties of our organic olive oil remain unaltered.
